There are more than 30 videos each of about 10 minutes.

We suggest that the customer watches at least one video a week (most videos are approx 10 minutes long), and takes time to reflect how the content relates to their own situation – and what action they could take to embed the content.
Leader Connect allows individuals or teams to focus on content that is relevant to them.
The videos are intended to provoke reflection and learning, so we suggest that you start with the topics that link to your top learning need.
Work Place Learning Centre can help with the creation of reflection activities to help maximise the learning opportunity from the programme.
We can provide coaching in how to apply the lessons learnt from watching the video.
A team can watch a video, then base a training session around how they might apply the ideas in the video. The platform can be used instead of hiring a facilitator – a team can watch the expert content, then carry out their own learning session based around what they have watched. An individual subscriber might choose to have that reflection alone, or with a coach or mentor.
Leader Connect can also be used by selecting relevant content and creating a training session or course around that content. Five or six Leader Connect videos would provide the intellectual content for a full day’s training – allowing a competent facilitator who is not a leadership specialist to deliver effective leadership and team development sessions.
