This learning experience is intended for people who are starting a new role with a new organisation, or moving to a new part of the organisation they currently work in, volunteer for or are contracted to.

This training programme is designed to enable organisations to deliver an enhanced experience for new employees, volunteers, interns, and contractors.

The learning can be delivered as a one to one experience for individual new starters.

The learning can also be delivered to groups of new starters as part of a more structure new starter experience programme.

What the team realised was not so much a surprise as a disappointment.
